About Finally Free CIC
Our Mission
Our mission is simple: to provide women, their children, and their beloved pets with a safe, trauma-informed healing space to permanently escape abuse and rebuild their lives - with absolutely no time limit. By funding our own spaces through grassroots community fundraising, corporate partnerships, and sustainable grants, we are ensuring that no family is ever forced to choose between their personal safety and leaving an animal behind.
Our History
Founded in 2025 after working on our separate projects for years, we finally came together to create Finally Free. The primary aim of Finally Free CIC is to raise funds through independent donations and strategic grants to open a new flagship women’s shelter - one that genuinely puts women, their children, and their safety first, not profit or ego. We are completely bypassing the traditional red-tape system, focusing our entire energy on raw community fundraising and conscious digital commerce to build a future that finally puts survivors first.
Our Team
Our team is a collective of dedicated, fierce individuals who are completely passionate about grassroots community fundraising and structural change. From our boots-on-the-ground volunteers to our active Directors, everyone at Finally Free CIC is deeply committed to our trauma-informed mission and the incredible women we serve. We are building a genuine, protective village of advocates who stand entirely shoulder-to-shoulder with survivors.
